Create a Tag
There are two ways to create a tag and apply it or many tags to your products.
- Select the product(s) you want to tag from the catalog.
- Click on Tag above the catalog.
- Type the name of the new tag.
- Click on the Tag name that shows up in the list ( this will automatically create the new tag and add it to the product/products you selected ).

- You can see the Tag applied to your products.

You can also apply an existing tag from the list to your product(s).Via an import
1. Export all Items by clicking in
Actions,
Export,
Excell (Full).

2. Select the
Items Segment and click
Export.

3. Add tags to the "Tags" column and Save the file

You can add multiple tags by placing a semicolon ";" between each tag.
4. Navigate to Import/Export in the selected Brand and click on the Import segment.
5. Select the Item Segment and upload the file.

6. Now, you should visualize the tags applied to your products.

Filtering the Products Using Tag
Tags can be used to
filter and can also be applied to exports.
- Type
the name of the tag in the search box.
- Choose
the tag from the list to apply the filter.
3. You can also filter by clicking on the tag applied to a product.
4. Now, filtered tag-related products will be displayed.
5. Click on the small "x" to reset the applied filter.
Removing Tag from the Product
Select
the product to remove the tag from.
Click
on Tag above the catalog.
Click on the small "x" in the upper right-hand
corner of the tag name to remove the tag from the product.
Removing Tag from Multiple Products
This works in two ways.
- Filter
by the desired tag you want to remove from the products.
- Select
all the filtered products from the catalog.
- Click
on Tag above the catalog and click
the small "x" in the upper right-hand
corner of the tag name to remove the tag from all the filtered products.
Via an import.
1. Export Items.
2. Remove content in the Tags column.
3. Reimport the Item segment.
4. You can see now the selected products without the tag.
There is currently no method to remove Tags from the Tag list.
