Private Label Feature

Easily create Private Label files!

The Private Label feature is available to you and your customers when using the channels to distribute data.

Make your data available with an alternative Brand Code and optionally also an alternative Part Number. By using a Custom Field you can create files containing alternative part numbers to your original Part Number.

Once you've named your custom field and input a Private Label part number, you can make the change in your channel settings.

If you select a Custom Field, any product that does not have an alternative Part Number in the Custom Field will be excluded from the file.

Accessing the Custom Fields

The alternative Part Number is managed in the Custom Fields.
  1. Select a Brand and go to the Custom Fields segment.
  2. Here you can select one from the list or Add new Custom Field to use with the Private Label.


Access the Private Label feature

 The Private Label feature is available for each plan:

      1. Click on Distribution and select Channels.
      2. Choose a Channel.
      3. In the Options dropdown, click on Edit Plan.



      4. Add a Private Label BrandID if needed.
      5. Choose the Custom Field where the Private Label is located or select to use the original one.



Files that are created with the Private Label feature include all data points (incl. UPC code)
