Extended Product Information Segment Overview

Extended Product Information can be referred to as EXPI or Extended Info. The EXPI segment contains predefined product attributes that are not already included in the Attribute segment

Examples of Extended Product Information

  1. Core
  2. Warranty
  3. Country of Origin
  4. Tariff
  5. OEM Part Number
  6. Superseding Part Number
  7. Life Cycle Status Code
  8. NAFTA Criterion
  9. etc.

To Access the EXPI Segment

  1. Select a Brand from the main menu
  2. Click All Products
  3. Click the Extended Info segment
  4. Select one or more product(s).
   

      5. EXPI values for the selected products are displayed. EXPI values above the thin blue line are used at least once in the catalog.

            

     6. Unused EXPI values are hidden by default. Toggle Show All Fields at the top right or click the button on the bottom of the screen
