Change Email Notifications Settings

Email notifications are enabled for all users by default. PDM sends several email notifications automatically.

For instance:

  • Weekly Status Reports

  • Notifications when a receiver requests data from a brand

  • Notifications when permission is granted for certain activities

Enable/Disable Email Notifications

Users can turn email notifications on/off:

  1. Navigate to the Settings tab and click My Account.

  2. Toggle Send email notifications on/off.

  3. Click Save.      



Change the Email Notification Settings of other Users

Only admin users can change other users' email notifications settings. To do so:
  1. In the Settings tab, click on Users.
  2. Select a user and click Edit.


      3. Toggle Send email notifications switch on/off, and click Save.
