Change Email Notifications Settings

Email notifications are enabled for all the users by default. PDM sends several email notifications automatically.
For instance:
  1. Weekly Status Reports
  2. Notifications when a receiver asks permission to receive data from a brand
  3. Notifications when permission is granted for certain activities

Enable or Disable Email Notifications

Users can turn email notifications on or off:

  1. Navigate to the Account Settings tab
  2. Click My Account
  3. Toggle Send email notifications on or off.
  4. Click Save.
          

Change the Email Notification Settings of other Users

Only admin users can change other users' email notification settings. To do so:
  1. Go to the Account Settings tab and select Users.
  2. Select a user and click Edit.
  3. Toggle Send email notifications switch on or off.
  4. Click Set user to inactive to deactivate a user.
  5. Click Save.
