Filter by Validation

You can filter products by validation warnings to quickly see which ones need to be improved.
  1. Select All Products and choose a Segment
  2. Click on the Add/Edit Filter icon.
          

      3. Select the Analysis tab. Validations are displayed under Alerts
      4Choose a validation, for example, select Add Part Type and click Show Results

          

      5. Now the products with missing Part Types (12 total) are displayed.

          

You can configure in the settings what validations you want your PDM account to run.
